Real Wood Flooring
Our real wood flooring systems use an interlocking system to ensure a smooth, easy care finish. Available in a wonderful array of hard woods, choose our real wood flooring for a classic style statement.
All types are available in 18-22mm depth and various widths. From European Oak to Chinese Oak, supplied unfinished or finished to your chosen criteria. Most solid wood floors come in random lengths from approximately 300mm to 1800mm, whereas the majority of engineered boards are one length only.
Engineered Wood Flooring
Engineered boards are available in 14-22mm deep and in 127-220mm lengths. With a 3-6mm wear layer they can be sanded up to four or five times throughout their lifetime. All are available in an almost limitless range of colours and a wide range of finishes too, including lacquered, oiled, brushed, smoked, double smoked and distressed.
These engineered boards are stable and the thicker boards with a birch ply base are more resilient to heat and moisture, making them suitable for use over under-floor heating. They can be glued as a floating floor or nailed directly to the sub-floor and fully bonded with a Rewmar or similar flooring adhesive.
